One of our favourite film festivals is back again this year from 4th to 10th November!
Started by filmmakers and longtime Dharamshala residents Ritu Sarin and Tenzing Sonam in 2012, Dharamshala International Film Festival gives the local community and cinephiles across the country a platform to watch good alternative cinema.

Julie and Yuval live in Paris, are in love and have just had a baby. When Yuval needs to return to Israel to renew his visa, they start sharing their family routine via video call. Watching each other obsessively through a screen, however, begins to take its toll on their relationship. Will their love survive the perils of this new form of “interaction”?
When a magic trick goes awry at a children’s birthday party, the authoritative father of the family turns into a chicken. An avalanche of coincidental absurdities befalls everyone; the mother, whose mundane life was dedicated to her husband and children, is now urged to come to the fore and take care of her family. While moving heaven and earth to bring her husband back and secure their survival, she goes through a total transformation.
