A project that seeks to explore the practice of walks and attempts to rediscover the place of the pedestrian in Hyderabad.

For urban explorers or  hikers, experienced or amateur, and curious minds. Join us for a 4-day collective exploratory walk through the metropolis of Hyderabad. The walks will be preceded and followed by workshops.

Programme:

• 15 Nov from 2-5 pm: Workshop – Preparation. Discussion at AF Hyderabad with representatives of the international network’s Metropolitan Trails to discover trails all around the world.
  
• 17, 18, 20, 21 Nov: Collective walk through Hyderabad. Discover cultural projects around issues of territory planning and ecology.
  
• 23 Nov from 2-5 pm: Workshop – Reflection. Mapping work to design the urban trail and conceive a plan of action.
  
• 26 November at 06:30 pm: Exhibition at Alliance Française of Hyderabad. Public restitution of the experience with maps, photos, texts, objects, drrawings, etc.

This is a project of French Embassy in India / Ambassade de France en Inde , French Institute in India , Alliance Française of Hyderabad (AF Hyderabad), Bordeaux Métropole, Bruit du Frigo, Govt. of Telangana; in partnership with Decathlon Sports India and Safran.
