Pradeep Gupta is a dancer and choreographer from Chhattisgarh, India. For the past nine years, he has immersed himself in diverse movement arts, including hip hop, folk dance, contemporary dance, and theatre. His work draws deeply from current socio-political and environmental concerns, weaving them into choreographic narratives that resonate with urgency and depth.

His practice reflects a fascination with shapes, lines, sizes, and structures, particularly those of abandoned spaces. Dedicated to evolving his craft, Pradeep strives to create inclusive performances that embrace all body types and nationalities, bringing personal stories and individual journeys to the fore.

His work Binda Devi won the Prakriti Excellence in Contemporary Dance Award (PECDA) in 2022. He is also a scholarship recipient of the Goa Dance Residency. Pradeep has collaborated with Nathaniel Parchment (UK) and trained with Dance Pe Lo Chance, Mumbai.
