Poet
During the residency, I intend to explore the intricate relationship between language, experience, and translation. I plan to write a series of poems inspired by a single source of inspiration. Each instance will result in four texts: a poem in French, a poem in English, a translation of the French poem into English, and a translation of the English poem into French. This approach will allow me to delve into how the act of translation transforms the original texts and how language shapes our experiences and perceptions.
