Descriptif du projet (motif, idée du projet pédagogique)
We at ‘College Fantin Latour in Grenoble’ in France would like to establish a line of communication between the French students learning English in our school and Indian students learning French in India. I contact you today in order to see if we could find partners for this project thanks to your help.
The level of the students we are working with is between A1-A2+ and they are 12-13 years-old. We have about 75 students here.
We shall be starting a new unit on Holi and Indian culture & Society in March/April and the final task for the students will be to write a letter to other students in India, asking some questions about it. The letter shall be in English and I shall scan all individual copies and send them to our partner via email. Furthermore, our partner could scan original response letters in French and send them to me via email too. The opportunity to “really” communicate makes the lessons more efficient and fun and is a real asset.
