Refunds & Cancellation policy



Refund requests are accepted from the French Government Scholarship holders or the European Union Scholarship holders who finalize their CEF procedure before the publication of the scholarship results. Any Cancellation shall not be acceptable

Note: students who decide not to complete their CEF procedure after the payment of their admission fees are not reimbursed.

For each request, the following documents must be sent to the Institut Français en Inde :
• Letter at the attention of the Director of Institut Français en Inde explaining the reason of the refund
• Copy of the payment receipt of the CEF fee
• Bank account details (account holder's name, account number, bank name, branch name and code, IFSC code)

The refund is ensured by bank transfer after reception of reasoned and completed request.
